Yes. Basic personal device registration is free at launch. Registered customers also receive GHS 50 toward their first eligible hardware repair at the RelyOn Hub. Registration does not mean insurance, live tracking, free repair or guaranteed recovery.
Indicative launch ranges are published on the Repair page. Final cost depends on diagnosis, device model and parts, and work starts only after you approve the quote.
Eligible repairs come with warranty terms explained at handover. The warranty applies to the repair performed and does not cover new damage, misuse or unrelated faults.
No. RelyOn does not track live phone location. We support device records, IMEI checks, lost or stolen reports and recovery support pathways.
A RelyOn flag means the device needs verification inside the RelyOn Registry. It does not mean live tracking or automatic national-blacklist reporting. Contact RelyOn for verification and do not confront anyone.
No. Protection is provided by approved partners where available. RelyOn runs the day-to-day support pathway, including device records, evidence support, repair fulfilment and customer support.
